Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Casino

According to the Sun Herald, Jimmy Buffet has teamed up with Harrahs Entertainment to build the Margaritaville Casino on the Biloxi Beach.  Buffet is building the casino to boost the economy on our beautiful Gulf Coast.  The Today show was there Monday night filming for their "America the Beautiful" segment.

New Oak Grove Elementary School Opens

The Oak Grove community is excited to have a new elementary school.  The school is currently housing 4th and 5th grade students.  In December, the 2nd and 3rd grade are expected to move. 

This is not only great for our students, but great for the real estate market as well.  Several subdivisions are popping up near the school as well as rumors of a new Shell gas station and Taco Bell at the corner of Old Hwy 24 and Hwy 589.  In fact, I personally have 2 new constructions in that area.  For more information please feel free to contact me.
